New Vestry Opening

All Saints’ Church at Great Braxted celebrated the new extension to the Vestry which now provides much needed kitchen, toilet, storage and disabled access facilities with a special Dedication and Thanksgiving service on Sunday 28th May.
The service was led by the Rector Martin Fletcher and Christopher, Bishop of Colchester.
In attendance were Councillor Rodney Bass, Chairman of Maldon District Council and also Councillor Mrs Julia Peel of MDC. The large congregation included many people who had assisted with the project including raising the necessary capital which took some time.
After the service there was a reception in the churchyard.
