In 2000 a small group of  people interested in learning the art of  handbell ringing met under the auspices of our Curate at the time, the Revd Janet Donaldson.

They had had a set of twelve bells, in the key of G, given to them by the widow of a bell ringer for the purpose of being played again.

From very humble and stumbling beginnings we have emerged as a quite competent group and often play at Church events, etc. With ringers playing two bells at a time we can operate quite satisfactorily with six members but it would be better if we have more. Currently we are ten in number and meet for practice on Sunday afternoons in the Church Extension.
