They do not disclose their angelic identity, but declare God’s promise that Abraham’s wife Sarah will have a son - a seeming impossibility for this ageing, barren couple.
Colossians 1:15-28 Paul proclaims Christ’s supremacy over the
cosmos as creator and ruler, and because of Christ’s death and resurrection the whole universe has been rescued and restored to God.
Luke 10:38-41 Jesus reaches the home of Martha and Mary at
Bethany. Martha is encouraged to listen to Jesus.
