with God at the beginning of time and becoming flesh and dwelling among us.

Palm Crosses Ahead of Ash Wednesday (22nd February) you are invited to place last year’s palm cross in the basket at the back of Saint Luke’s church.
Revision of Electoral Roll Please note that the notice for St. Luke’s Electoral Roll revision is now displayed in the Lobby. If you wish to register please take a form and return it completed by 26th February. If you have changed your name or address since last year you will also need to complete a new form. St. Luke’s APCM will be held on Sunday25th March at 11.00am.
Salvation Army London Central Fellowship Band We are privileged to host a concert at St. Luke’s on Saturday 25th February. All the proceeds will be to help finance the re-ordering of the chancel. All expenses have been generously sponsored.
Sponsored Swim Veronica, Marion and Linda will be bravely donning their swimsuits and swimming 100 lengths of the Atlantis pool on 29th February to raise money for the St. Luke’s Ringers. If you would be willing to sponsor them please sign the list at the back of the church.
Lent Bible Studies will be held on Tuesdays at 8.00 pm starting on 28th February at the URC and on Thursdays after Holy Communion at St Luke’s starting on 1st March. We will be looking at some of the encounters Jesus had with people during the week before the crucifixion.
Women’s World Day of Prayer This will be on Friday 2nd March. Anyone who would like to be involved in helping to plan the service is invited to come to the Rectory on Tuesday 21st February at 2.00pm. Please let Anne-Marie know if you are coming or if you would like to be involved but cannot come to the meeting.
